She has 6 years of experience in accounting & taxation, tax planning & strategy. She has been designated as Chief Financial Officer of our Company with effect from June 21, 2024. She is currently responsible for the overall financial & taxation functions of our Company.

Ankur Rastogi, aged 34 years is the Company Secretary of our Company. He is member of Institute of Company Secretary of India. He has over 9 years of distinguished experience in Corporate Governance and legal functions pertaining to Legal Agreement including Corporate Affairs and Governance; Possess a general understanding of strategic goals and plans of organizations, with an ability to make sound judgments in cases of conflict for the betterment of organizations. He has been designated as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of our Company with effect from July 25, 2024.
